How do I store the cake?

Our cakes are best stored in a refrigerator, below 10 degrees Celsius is ideal.

Are the cakes eggless?

Almost all our cakes are available with an eggless option. This will be displayed when placing the order for your cake.

What is the shelf life of the cake?

Our cakes have a shelf life of 48 hours but have to be refrigerated below 10 degrees Celsius.

Are there any additional charges?

The site shows the final and actual price to be paid. There are no additional charges.

Can I customise a cake?

Yes, you can get a customised cake according to your size, shape, flavour, and decoration. Please contact or visit any of our outlets and they will assist you with the same.

What do I do if my cake is damaged?

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at +91 98408 47651 or support@hotbreads.co.in stating your order number and we will begin the refund if it is done within 2 hours of placing your order.

 

 

Can I change the delivery date or time?

Yes, you can change the delivery date or time. Please contact us at support@hotbreads.co.in stating your order number and preferred delivery date or time. Please note, that these changes should be received 24 hours in advance of your initial delivery date and time.
